Heat Blankets


FLEXIBLE AND DURABLE
Applied Heat Blankets conform readily to part contours without damaging the heater. Fiberglass-reinforced silicone rubber provides dimensional stability while maintaining flexibility. The heating element is located less than 1/32" from the part to provide uniform and efficient heating.

UNIFORM
Applied Heat Blankets are fabricated to meet Boeing Document D6 56273 "Qualification of Heat Blankets for Hot Bonding Composites." This guarantees thermal uniformity of + or - 10 Degrees F across the surface of the blanket.

Applied Heat offers a large selection of standard sizes as well as custom sizes and shapes.
